The Beginning
She took her first steps in art under the guidance of artists Anatolii and Oksana Furlet.
From 1995 to 2000, she studied at South Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky in Odesa, in the creative studio of Ivan Vasyliovych Oros.
She works in painting, graphics, and original papier-mache. Her art brings together folk tradition, mythology, archetypal imagery, and personal memories.
Sources of Inspiration
The artist draws inspiration from Ukrainian culture, from Trypillian heritage to the present day, as well as from folk songs, fairy tales, rituals, and family memory.
Images of the Berehynia, gardens, birds, animals, and fantastic beings hold a special place in Tetiana Moloda's work.
In her work, she explores themes of love, memory, kindness, inner strength, and a person's connection to their roots.
"Lullabies"
An important direction in her practice is the graphic series "Lullabies," which the artist worked on for more than two years, including during her stay in Berlin in 2023-2024.
Original Technique
The artist's original technique combines painting with the relief texture of papier-mache, creating a distinctive sense of form and depth on the surface.
Another part of her practice is sculptural and decorative papier-mache objects, where traditional craft methods meet a contemporary artistic vision.
